Vice President of India, H.E. Shri Venkaiah Naidu visited Paraguay from 5-7 March 2019. He was received by the Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs of Paraguay, Mr. Bernardino Hugo Saguier Caballero, and Ambassador of India to Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay, Shri Sanjiv Ranjan.
