Dr. Norberto Consani and Agostina Cacault from Instituto de Relaciones Internacionales called on Ambassador Dinesh Bhatia to share their work on International Relations at National University of La Plata, one of top universities in the region, which boasts of the only India Chair in Argentina, jointly created with Embassy.
