Ambassador Dinesh Bhatia was received by Secretary of Health Prof. Dr. Rubinstein at the iconic building of Ministerio de Salud y Desarrollo Social. Secretary fondly recalled his visit to Delhi in December 2018. Both explored avenues to foster cooperation in the health sector.
