Jujuy Governor Gerardo Morales, Secretary of Ministry of Mines of  the Government of India and Ambassador Dinesh Bhatia jointly witnessed signing of MOU in the fields of mining, natural resources exploitation & value addition projects in the Province between state owned companies KABIL, and JEMSE, Jujuy, Argentina.
