Ambassador Dinesh Bhatia joined Jaime Perczyk, Minister of Education, Minister of Education for the inauguration of Centre of Excellence in Information Technology situated at University of Hurlingam established by Department of Partnership under cooperation agreement between Ministry of Foreign Affairs, India & Ministry of Foreign Affairs Argentina.

Three more National Universities: National University of La Matanza, National University of Arturo Jauretche

& University of Buenos Aires - signed agreements to join the Centre's expertise through remote learning, making the CEIT a hallmark cooperation project between two Strategic Partners.
