India-Argentina Business Council (IABC)
A bilateral business chamber, India-Argentina Business Council (IABC), was formally launched on 14 October 2020 by Minister of Productive Development Matias Kulfas and Ambassador Dinesh Bhatia. The Council, conceptualized as a non-profit organization comprising leading investors, exporters and importers in Argentina, is currently composed of over 30 companies.
- Several events have been organized by the Embassy in association with IABC, the India Argentina Business Summit (IABS) - 2025 was held on 26 March 2025, in which Vice President Victoria Villaruel, was the Chief Guest. Vice Foreign Minister of Argentina, Eduardo Miguel Bustamante and Governor of Mendoza, Alfredo Cornejo also graced the event.
- Mission in collaboration with IABC, organized the IABS on 17 March, 2026. The event was graced by H.E. Mr. Carlos Sadir, Governor of Jujuy; H.E. Mr. Fernando Brun, Secretary for International Economic Relations from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; and Mr. Gustavo Idígoras, Executive Director of IABC. Mr. Tomás Ignacio Villalba, Chief of Staff of the Foreign Ministry, Ms. Georgia Fernández Destéfano, National Director of Export Promotion from the Foreign Ministry also graced the event.
