The purpose of the EOI is to invite Global and/or Indian Companies to invest, establish and operate a neutral, carrier-agnostic Cable Landing Station (CLS) in Puri (Odisha), India. This provides an opportunity for partnership with RailTel to establish a world-class, neutral Cable Landing Station (CLS) in Puri along with international submarine cable system jointly.
