The Embassy accepts miscellaneous consular service applications through the Indian Consular Services (e-SEWA/eCCSS) system. Create an account, verify your email via OTP, and submit the application online.

- Upload the required documents
- Passport copy
- Original passport (for later verification)
- Argentine DNI/residence permit/visa copy
- Supporting document for the service requested
- Two passport-size photographs
- A letter explaining why the service is required
- Completed miscellaneous service form (where applicable)
- Submit the application
After uploading documents and submitting the application, the system generates an electronic acknowledgement. Save or print it
- Pay the consular fee
The Embassy of India in Buenos Aires only accept payments for Passport, Visa, and other Consular services via bank transfer.

- Particulars: Your Surname/Name
- Code: Type of service (Same Person Certifcate/Attestation of POA/Attestation of Affidavit/Attestation of documents / OTHERS)

Additional Guidelines
- A printed copy of the payment confirmation must be submitted along with your application.
- If applying for multiple services, please make separate payments for each, using different reference numbers.
- Applications must be submitted to the Embassy within 7 working days of making the payment.

For some services (such as certain POA cases), personal appearance is required with two witnesses (Indian origin) along with original documents of applicant and witnesses.
- Receive the completed service
Once the originals are verified and the service is processed, the Embassy issues the attestation/certificate/document requested.
Consular Hour: Embassy consular hours are 1000 hrs to 1200 hrs Monday to Friday (except holidays). No prior appointment is required to visit Embassy for Consular Services.
