Visa Process through Study in India ID
1. Institute Registration on the Study in India (SII) Portal.
2. Institute Approval on the SII Portal.
3. Institute adds Courses on the SII Portal.
4. Student Registration on the SII Portal.
5. Student completes Basic and Academic Information.
6. Student applies to the selected Institute/Course.
7. Institute accepts the application and uploads the Offer Letter.
8. Student accepts the Offer Letter under Admission Status → Received.
9. Institute provides Final Confirmation under Enrollments → Accepted → Final Confirmation.
10. Student applies for Visa using the SII ID on the Indian Visa Online Portal.

Important Instructions
• Wait approximately 72 hours after Final Confirmation before applying for a visa.
• It is recommended to submit the visa application after 10:00 AM IST.
• Institutes should provide at least one week validity for Offer Letter acceptance.
